Bought the rhubarb, probiotics and nerve root all of which done precisely nothing in the 3 weeks of taking them. Total snake oil and the answer from their customer service is 'percevere'. No thanks won't be spending another penny.

Bought these Hair Nutrition Complex thinking they are vegan because it says so on the front of the packet, yet the ingredients say lactose. I cannot trust a company that does not understand what vegan ingredients are or not. Placed packet in the bin because cannot risk giving to someone else, in case the other ingredients are incorrect too. On the product info above it still states vegan but now has defatted milk powder too. They need to check their product ingredients properly and label them correct. They could potentially kill someone who has a fatal milk allergy.

APPALLING COMPANY! I bought their packet of Rhodiola capsules x90 twice, but each time pointed out that their packets break Food Supplement Laws by not displaying: number of capsules, full address of company & Use By Date. I sent the relevant FSA info to help them. They responded by refunding my 2nd order & telling me to SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Tried to reuse a discount code is already used without realising! Rang and spoke to a lovely girl who explained I’d already used it! Silly me! The girl explained that codes are only one time use. She was very polite and accommodating! Thanks for twenty first century!

I’ve been using 21st Century Herbs for three years now and have loved so many of their products. Their Rhubarb Complex has helped me in a number of ways and I have discovered their Glow Serum more recently. I would recommend both products!

Never felt so ill on these tablets got the 10 day free trial and only managed to day 5, cramps were horrific and the heartburn was awful had to stop taking them, and didn’t go to the toilet for 8 days when on them and after stopping, just all round awful for me, was so disappointed as seen some really great reviews but after digging deeper I’m definitely not alone with these bad side effect in these tablets.

If I could give them negative stars then I would. I am just shocked how they failed to take responsibility for their mistake. I was leaving the country and ordered almost £100 worth of products and even elected premium service to ensure delivery leaving two days for it to arrive. They didn't deliver on time and didn't even bother to say why or where the products were. I asked for my money back but they refused even though it was their mistake. The fact that I have used them before and spent a lot of money each time, did not seem important for them to keep me happy or rectify their mistake. They only said to get someone else ( as I was not in the country) to return the product before they would refund...only no one knows where the goods are. Maybe success has gone to their heads and they have forgotten it is the customers' shoulders that their business is built upon and in this important age, customer loyalty is king. They have lost me for sure

I have had nothing but the most amazing experience with this company. I ordered the rhubarb complex free trial firstly. Paid for postage which is more than reasonable. Unfortunately this was lost in transit but immediately after emailing about it, they had sent out another pack. These arrived quickly and I certainly noticed a difference when using them. Bloat was a lot less uncomfortable than before and it's helped suppress my appetite. I've lost 6 lbs this week being on them. I received a discount code which was to expire the same day I received it but as the original pack did not arrive, I emailed the company and asked if this code could be extended for me which they did. I bought my 2 month supply the other day and they arrived very quickly. A couple tablets were missing but within 5 minutes of emailing them, they had sent me some more out. I honestly cannot fault the customer service at all! They have been brilliant in every aspect respond so quickly and resolve any issues. Thank you Georgia!! I am a happy customer!

Thought I would try the rhubarb tablets on the so called free trial. Paid £1.99 ? For the postage which was 10 tablets loose in a bag. They never made any difference to me losing any weight. They do just the same as any colon cleanse tablets would do but colon cleanse being a lot cheaper to purchase. Would I recommend, No!!

I would add that this company or any for that matter,should acknowledge receipt and answer all the reviews good and bad.
The fact that clients have expressed their views,it’s only good business and good manners to respond and I hope this company takes my advise and relies to their customers.
Now I,m always happy to post a positive review and all I can said is the bowel free sample has worked very well for my wife so I ve made future orders.
I hope this company have changed their policy and they will only receive good recommendation in the future.

They used to be superb.
Then they changed packaging.
From glass to some cheap packaging.
Now if you take the Rhubarb Complex, nothing moves.
All you get is heartburn.
No reply to emails.
So disappointed.
Waste of time and money.

Ordered the trial pack of rhubarb complex beginning of January. To date still not received. No reply from Twenty First Century. Finally got refund from PayPal. Poor customer service. Also, unable to re-order as only 1 per household even thou we never received them
